Information about Covid-19 and your visit
Sweden’s high vaccination coverage in combination with the Omicron variant which is causing fewer cases of serious illness has reduced the burden on the Swedish healthcare system. Therefore, the Public Health Agency has decided to remove most measures against Covid-19 from and including Wednesday, February 9, 2022.

Plan your visit
If you want to visit the museum when there are usually fewer visitors and extra space, we recommend that you come between 15.00-19.00 or on Wednesdays 17.00-20.00. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there are generally fewer visitors during the whole day. On the weekend, there are generally more visitors to the museum, but there are usually fewer visitors on Sundays than on Saturdays.
In our large museum building with a plenty of space, that we share with The Swedish History Museum, you can experience exhibitions on your own or with an audio guide.
