Autumn lectures at the Economy Museum

Welcome to this autumn's inspiring lectures on money and happiness, green dreams, and the U.S. economy ahead of the upcoming election. All lectures are given in Swedish and take place on Wednesday evenings, when the museum is open late.

Open late Wednesdays

On Wednesdays the museum is open until 8:00 PM. Welcome to Restaurant Rosengården before the lecture starts! There is a special offer on Wednesday evenings: soup and a glass of wine for 160 SEK (120 SEK with non-alcoholic drink).

The lecture ticket also grants admission to the museum including the new exhibition MONEY! which you can explore before or after the lecture.

Magnus Hedberg, TV host and personal finance expert, will share practical tips and advice to help you navigate through the current economic challenges. Emma Paulsson, economist in macroanalysis at Swedbank, will explain the major economic trends and challenges currently affecting Sweden.In collaboration with Swedbank.

Lea Ahlborn – Artist, Pioneer, and Royal Medal Engraver

Artist Lea Ahlborn was a female pioneer. For over 40 years, she held the prestigious role of engraving all of Sweden's coins and over 400 medals. Ulrika Bornestaf, senior antiquarian at the Royal Coin Cabinet collections, tells the fascinating story. In conjunction, you can go on a special guided tour of Lea Ahlborn's coins and medals on display in the exhibition MONEY!
