Before your visit

Here you will find practical information that may be useful to know before your visit to The Economy Museum.

Outerwear and bags

The cloakroom is located on the ground floor to the right of the staircase in the entrance hall. In the cloakroom, you will find lockable cabinets. Smaller bags are allowed inside. If you wish to store larger suitcases, please feel free to borrow a key from the information desk for larger lockers in the cloakroom.

Eating and drinking

We have a spacious food area downstairs. In the food area, you have access to running water and a microwave, among other amenities. If the weather permits, you can also eat outside in our large courtyard adjacent to the entrance hall.

Strollers

Strollers and prams are allowed in the museum premises, except in the Gold Room at the Swedish History Museum (due to evacuation routes). There is a stroller parking area in the entrance hall.

Toilets

Toilets are available in the cloakroom on the ground floor, downstairs in the food area, and at the Baroque Hall on level 1.

Changing room (changing table)

Changing rooms and changing tables are available in the accessible toilets on all floors.
